Hot Line NC State Internal Audit Division Hotline
The Internal Audit Division's (IAD) hotline provides a convenient way for you to report activities that you believe may negatively impact NC State University. Please report activities that you believe are or may result in waste, fraud, abuse, a violation of Federal or State Law, or non-compliance to UNC System or University policies, regulations or rules (PRR). Please provide as much information as possible whenever you report an activity to our office.

Activities reported through our hotline will be investigated in accordance with our Investigative Audit process and, if the allegation(s) are substantiated, findings will be presented in a report or management letter. As deemed appropriate, certain issues may be referred to other University or state units (for example, Legal Affairs, Employee Relations, Campus Police, or the State Bureau of Investigation). To the extent allowed by law and University policies, your confidentiality will be maintained. State law and University policy provide protections from retaliation or discrimination against employees who report concerns to the Internal Auditor.
