Find Services and Support

Below, you can find the campus resources available to you as we navigate the closure of Poe Hall, as well as the new locations of services previously housed in the building.

College Services

Read more below on where to find the services usually available in Poe Hall throughout the spring semester:

  • To ensure undergraduate students with classes on Main Campus have easy access to support services, the College of Education’s Student Services and Advising Center, Professional Education and Media and Education Technology Resource Center (METRC) teams will operate in temporary spaces in Broughton Hall and D.H. Hill Jr. Library.
  • Lampe Hall will serve as the Main Campus location for the various needs of the College of Education and the CHASS psychology department, including classroom, office and lab space, faculty and staff workspaces and storage space.
  • Broughton Hall, Gardner Hall and the CTI building will also be used to supplement space.

Please check MyPack Portal for any changes to course location. If you have any questions or concerns about continuity plans or office locations for the spring semester, please connect with your course instructor or supervisor.

Spring Semester Information

The Wolfpack has once again shown up in support of our community and through our steadfast collaboration, creativity and dedication we were able to:

  • Relocate the College of Education’s three academic departments and administrative units to the third floor of the Center for Technology and Innovation (CTI) on Centennial Campus.
  • Shift operations of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences’ (CHASS) psychoeducational clinic and various psychology department research spaces to Research Building IV on Centennial Campus.
  • Reassign more than 230 classes for more than 4,000 students that were previously scheduled to be held in Poe Hall during the spring semester.
  • Ensure that the more than 400 faculty, staff and graduate students in our College of Education and Department of Psychology who use the building for classes, research and other activities have the space and equipment needed to continue their work.
